2026-11-01: Currency and fuel data fixes
Section titled “2026-11-01: Currency and fuel data fixes”- Records saved without a currency (from the app, imports or the API) now take their vehicle’s branch currency, else their own branch’s, else the organization’s. They used to default to USD.
- Fuel logs and EV charging sessions stored as USD by that default were corrected to the right currency. Their
cost entries moved to a new
revision, so any you had already exported show aspending_updateinGET /v1/cost_exports. No webhooks were sent for the correction. - Fuel log dates and duplicates: fuel logs whose dates a CSV import had misread (day and month swapped, or
YY/MM/DD read as DD/MM/YY) were moved to their real dates, and rows from a file imported twice were removed.
Their cost entries moved to a new
revisionor becamevoid. Imports now read dates day/month unless the file is month/day, refuse dates before 2010 or in the future, and skip rows already imported.
